Why won't the games run in my web browser?

Your internet browser must support Adobe® Flash plugin and have version 9.0 or newer installed. If you need to install the plugin, please follow this link to download the installer: get.adobe.com/flashplayer.

Sometimes I lose mouse control in the game. What is going on?

When running our games through the web browser it is required that the mouse cursor hover over the game window in order for it to maintain tracking. Simply keep your mouse cursor within the boundaries of the game window to avoid this issue.

The performance is really slow/choppy. What can I do?

While the Adobe® Flash plugin performs well on most browsers, we recommended Microsoft® Internet Explorer 7.0 or Mozilla® Firefox 3.0 for the best performance.

Our recommended minimum PC requirements are:

  • Intel® Pentium 1.8GHz Processor or compatible processor
  • 512MB system memory
  • 32MB Video capable of 32-Bit Color at 1024x768 resolution
  • Adobe® Flash Player 9.0 web browser plugin or newer

How come I can't see the hi-scores list?

Our hi-scores lists are maintained by the Mochi Media hi-scoring system. This is the same system that serves in-game advertising in our online games. If you are using an ad blocking software for your web browser, it may be blocking the game's access to the hi-score information. Disabling this software should resolve the issue.
